This September, our team marks five years of dedication on helping small & medium teams migrate away from big tech hassle-free. Over these years, we have navigated significant changes, including a global pandemic, inflation and rising living costs. Despite increasing costs from almost all our third-party providers, we have maintained our commitment to our Subscribers by keeping our prices stable and do our best to avoid any disruption.

Rather than passing these costs onto our Subscribers, we chose to absorb them. We serve mainly purpose-driven organizations, companies, small and medium teams and in some cases individuas that are in need of a solid partner to move away from big tech. This is the reason why we think twice before changing the pricing of our packages.

Unfortunatelly, we can not absorb the cost for a long time, but after long internal discussions we believe we found a middle ground starting from our Nextcloud managed hosting offerings.

For all these reasons we are excited to announce the introduction of new packages designed to offer a variety of options for small and medium teams, organizations, and companies that want a hassle-free Nextcloud experience. Starting from July 2024, the names and the specs of our Nextcloud hosting packages are as following:

• Nextcloud Enterprise Package

These new packages are part of our strategic transition to optimize our pricing and expand your options, but also we consider them to be value-for money. Each package is tailored to meet different needs, ensuring that you can choose the best fit for your organization. If you extend your commitment to a yearly packages you also get one (1) month for free.

Already a Subscriber?

Our long-standing collaboration with our current Subscribers is of utmost importance to us. The trust you have placed in our team over the years is highly valued, and as a result, these changes will not impact the pricing or service levels of our current Subscribers until December 2024. We remain dedicated to providing the quality of our support that you are used to and will focus even more on the reliability that you expect from us.

More features and add-on services

We are also working on several enhancements to add further value to our services. The idea is to give you even more options that will reflect your specific needs. Upcoming features and options include, but will not be limited to:

• More options for Backups frequency: Enhancing data security with increased backup frequency.
• Migration Support Service: Providing dedicated support for seamless platform transitions.
• Priority Support: Offering priority support even for our basic packages.

These features are based on all the feedback we have recieved thse years and will be introduced later this year.
