We’ve handled thousands of support tickets and gained invaluable insights into the needs of teams moving away from the closed ecosystems of Google, Microsoft, Zoom and other big tech giants.

Through this journey, we’ve learned an important lesson: reliable hosting alone is not enough. It is obvious to our team now that transitioning to open-source platforms involves more than just technical setup. It’s about introducing new workflows, adapting to new tools, and empowering your team to use them effectively. Each service has its own pricing structure based on the scope and complexity of the task. We are already offering some of these services for a limited number of the small and medium teams that choose our services, but we are not ready and 100% prepared to receive a large number of requests. The goal is to be ready to launch these services as general availability in Q2 2025, but we will not go crazy to meet the deadline.
